How long has it been since your last workout? A few weeks, months or more?The FIRST step is always the hardest but it doesn’t take much to get you back in action.
Our 4 WEEK training plan is designed to help you ease into a manageable and sustainable routine. It combines bodyweight exercises, weights and boxing training to increase strength, promote fat loss, improving general conditioning and fitness.
Exercise on regular basis will keep you fit and help you to have a strong body which reduces your chances of having weight-related diseases.Join our program and train 4 times a week for 4 weeks.

Location: Indoor in Morley (near Bunnings)
Group 1: 6.00AM (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)
Group 2: 9.30AM (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)Cost: $120 (No joining fee or gym membership required)
