he easiest way to do your first triathlon in a fun, non competitive and safe environment. Designed for total beginners with a safe pool swim and indoor bike and run equipment. Swim at your own pace from 3 minutes (any stroke), cycle on a stationary bike from 10 minutes and finish with run/walk on the treadmill from 7 minutes. It's that easy! If this sounds easy, there are also longer events also available. This is your chance to take on something different and give a triathlon a go. Get your friends, family members or work colleagues involved and share the thrill of completing your first triathlon.
